ABOUT US The ‘Pochade Gallery’ is the exciting, progressive online visual diary of British artists Carl Melegari and Antony Bridge. Painting alla prima using oils and their pochade box, their inspiration primarily stems from the roots of plein air painting. Subsequently, their efforts combine years of traveling around the country, pochade box in hand, encapsulating the vitality of nature on site through the medium of oils. Working in oil on millboard  in a loose and painterly manner, although their main focus is landscape, they also have a strong passion for still life and figurative painting too. It is this diversity and enthusiasm they attain which brings to you the gallery as it stands today, solely committing themselves to sharing their work with people all over the world.
